Our Holiday Picks for the Best Outdoor Equipment
This year, why not wrap something that looks good and gets the job done? Whether you’re shopping for a homeowner or a pro or you’re your own secret Santa, we made a list (and checked it twice) of our top lawn, garden, and property- equipment choices in 2025.
Check our favorite options for everything from axes to robotic lawn mowers, including deals that’ll put a little more jingle in your wallet.
STIHL AS Series Tools
For a limited time, buy either the GTA 26 garden pruner set or SEA 20 handheld vacuum set and get an additional AS 2 battery at no cost.
These lightweight, compact tools offer high-powered performance and precision and are versatile options for cleaning up inside and outside the home. Add the Pole Extender for the GTA 26 to safely reach and prune higher branches.
Need a pruner with more oomph? The GTA 40, the bigger brother of the GTA 26, has 90% more power and is ideal for heavier jobs and detailed cutting tasks. Two AS 2 batteries provide a 50-minute runtime before needing a recharge. And because it’s part of the AS Battery System, you can share batteries between your GTA 40 and GTA 26, SEA 20, and the rest of your AS-powered tools.
BGA 86
Looking for a gift that really blows them away? The battery-driven BGA 86 is a quiet, handheld blower that’s perfect for heavy-duty blowing tasks all year long, from clearing snow to wrangling leaves and tidying grass trimmings. Powerful enough for pros, easy enough for homeowners.
For a limited time, when you purchase a BGA 86 battery blower with AP 300 S battery and AL 301 charger, you’ll receive an additional AP 300 S battery free. Wrap it up as a complete kit and save $321!
MS 194 T
The professional-grade MS 194 T chainsaw provides dependable, nimble power and is the perfect complement to the STIHL MS 271 Farm Boss. Sporting a 14” bar and weighing less than 7 pounds, this saw is easy to handle and causes less physical strain, making it a go-to option for tasks like limbing and other lighter-weight tree work.
Husqvarna Automower®
Time is the most precious gift. Why not give some to a loved one who spends hours cutting the grass every weekend? The Husqvarna Automower® adapts to all kinds of weather, surfaces, and terrain, including slopes. Fun fact: all four owners of Carl’s Mower & Saw use this robotic mower at home!
Hand Tools & Axes
They say good things come in small packages, so don’t forget the smaller, but necessary, hand tools when you’re choosing gifts. Consider adding the PS40 Hand Saw or the PL30 Lopper to your holiday shopping list.
Protective Gear
Stuff those stockings with safety gear! Work gloves, along with eye, ear, and face protection, are practical, thoughtful add-ons.
Gift Cards: Always the Right Fit
Got someone who’s tough to shop for? Purchase a Carl’s Mower & Saw gift card and let them choose their own equipment.
